Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications and functional requirements.
- Facilitate elicitation sessions and workshops to gather detailed insights from stakeholders across various departments.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, wireframes, and system documentation using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed technical solutions to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying risks early and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a technology or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Experience with data modeling tools and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
