Responsibility
- Operate POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital transactions with 100% accuracy
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional check-out experience for every guest
- Maintain a tidy, stocked, and organized front-end area
- Process returns, exchanges, and price checks according to company policy
- Assist with bagging, gift wrapping, and carrying purchases to vehicles when needed
- Promote loyalty programs and upselling opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and inventory flow
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of cashiering or customer service experience in a premium environment
- Impeccable numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in POS systems (experience with Shopify POS or Toast is a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
