Responsibility
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including bridges, transit systems, and urban developments
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-leading software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance across multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges in urban environments
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to safety standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure projects
- Expertise in structural design and transportation engineering
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ projects
- Familiarity with Chicago building codes and Illinois DOT regulations
- Strong proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and geospatial technologies
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) preferred
