Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety codes and regulatory standards.
- Design & Analysis: Utilize advanced software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) to create detailed blueprints, models, and technical drawings for roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve on-site engineering challenges, and coordinate with contractors and architects.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs and construction practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, prioritizing environmental sustainability and worker safety.
- Budget Management: Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bentley Civil or similar CAD/BIM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
