Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of commercial and residential infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
- Conduct comprehensive site analysis, soil testing reviews, and structural feasibility studies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
- Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal building codes (NYC Building Code, OSHA).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, surveyors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly adhered to on all job sites.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York State is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and construction management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or Bentley OpenRoads.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, hydraulics, and geotechnical engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
