Responsibility
- Dispense medications with precision and verify prescription accuracy
- Provide comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM) services
- Collaborate with physicians on clinical interventions and protocols

Qualification
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from accredited institution
- Active Illinois pharmacist license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- 3+ years hospital or clinical pharmacy experience
- BCPS (Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist) certification preferred
- Strong proficiency in pharmacy information systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions
