Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adults and adolescents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT)
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions in person and via telehealth
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals for integrated care
- Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records per HIPAA standards
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency psychological services
- Participate in clinical supervision and peer consultation sessions
Qualification
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from APA-accredited institution
- Valid New York State Psychology License (Psychologist)
- Minimum 5 years post-doctoral clinical experience
- Specialization in trauma, mood disorders, or behavioral health
- Experience with diverse populations and cultural competency training
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Certification in evidence-based therapeutic approaches
