About the Role
Are you a storyteller at heart? Do you live and breathe content creation? Cresta Creative is looking for a talented and driven Content Creator to join our dynamic agency in the heart of Austin, TX. You will be the mastermind behind our clients' digital presence, crafting compelling narratives across video, blog, and social media that drive engagement and conversions.
This is a unique opportunity to work with top-tier brands in tech, lifestyle, and consumer goods. You’ll have the creative freedom to experiment with new formats, from short-form vertical videos to in-depth thought leadership pieces.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content optimized for each platform's unique algorithm and audience.
- Write compelling copy for social captions, blog posts, email newsletters, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and clients to ensure brand voice consistency.
- Analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to create timely, relevant content.
- Manage influencer relationships and co-create content with brand ambassadors.
- Maintain an organized content library and asset management system.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role (agency experience a huge plus).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating exceptional video editing and storytelling skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Expert-level understanding of native platform tools (TikTok Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite) and analytics.
- Exceptional writing and grammar skills, with the ability to adapt tone across different brands and audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices for social media and blog content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
