Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Azure Sentinel) to identify and mitigate threats in real-time.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses and harden defenses.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external law enforcement when necessary.
- Perform regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure continuous improvement of our security posture.
- Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint protection solutions.
Qualification
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the threat landscape, malware analysis, and exploit mitigation techniques.
- Experience with security frameworks like NIST, SOC 2, or CIS Controls.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex security logs and data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing technical reports and presenting to stakeholders.
