Responsibility
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, and Product to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and deliver statistical recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Present complex findings clearly and concisely to executive leadership, driving strategic decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced Tableau or Power BI dashboard design skills.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis) and A/B testing methodology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business language.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) is highly desired.
