Responsibility
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Design A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and optimize product features
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, actionable reports and presentations
- Automate reporting workflows using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and cloud-based data tools
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and quality
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable business impact
