Responsibility
- Design and develop complex data models and interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business growth.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Clean, transform, and prepare datasets from various sources using advanced SQL and Python scripting.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and implement best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape analysis.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to data governance.
