About the Role

DataDriven Insights is seeking a results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our high-performance analytics team in Austin, TX. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to C-level executives.

Responsibility

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the health and trajectory of the business, creating executive-level dashboards.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights using SQL and Python.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize user experience and conversion.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to embed data-driven decision-making into their workflows.
  • Build and maintain predictive models and statistical forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science). Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and significant experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R (dplyr, tidyverse).
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
