Responsibility
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment and monitoring
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive presentations
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data engineering and modeling
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our framework
Qualification
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with production ML deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex NLP, time-series, or computer vision projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into strategic business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
