Responsibility
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and customer behavior forecasting
- Design and optimize data pipelines using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions through statistical analysis
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and business impact
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data governance
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear narrative and actionable recommendations
Qualification
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python/R with expertise in scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Strong SQL skills and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale in production environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in FinTech or financial services domain preferred
