Responsibility
- Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for product experimentation
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead research initiatives in NLP and deep learning for unstructured data analysis
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
Qualification
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and statistical modeling
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong track record of deploying production ML models at scale
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
