Responsibility
- Lead Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Data Pipeline Architecture: Build robust, scalable data pipelines using cloud-native technologies to ensure high availability and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and validate hypotheses.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualification
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and SQL; experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a similar analytical role.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions under tight deadlines.
