Responsibility
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for real-time analytics
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative innovation
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry best practices
Qualification
- PhD or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in tech or finance
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost) and SQL with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems at scale
- Strong statistical foundation in experimental design and causal inference
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Dask) and MLOps tools
