The Role
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex statistical modeling and real-world business application. You will lead initiatives from hypothesis generation to model deployment, ensuring our predictive models are accurate, scalable, and secure.
Responsibility
- Develop, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including deep learning and NLP, to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling on large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business objectives into data-driven solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and model infrastructure to ensure high throughput and low latency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical documentation and best practices.
Qualification
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a data science role with a focus on machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
