Responsibility
- Execute premium same-day and scheduled deliveries across Metro Manila with 99.8% punctuality rate
- Utilize advanced route optimization software to maximize efficiency and minimize transit time
- Maintain pristine condition of high-value packages using climate-controlled vehicles
- Provide real-time delivery updates via our proprietary customer portal
- Implement proactive problem-solving for delivery challenges and exceptions
- Conduct thorough post-delivery documentation and quality assurance checks
- Train junior couriers on advanced delivery protocols and customer service standards
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years professional courier experience with premium service providers
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1/2/3) with clean driving record
- Proficiency in GPS navigation and logistics software (e.g., GrabExpress, Lalamove)
- Exceptional Tagalog communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to lift packages up to 25kg and navigate multi-story buildings
- Basic first aid certification and knowledge of hazardous materials handling
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening
