Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end editorial processes from manuscript acquisition to final publication
- Lead content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Manage and mentor junior editors while providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize reader engagement
- Conduct thorough fact-checking and ensure adherence to AP Style guidelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with authors, agents, and industry stakeholders

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, or related field required
- 5+ years of professional editing experience in publishing or digital media
- Expert knowledge of AP Style, Chicago Manual, and grammar fundamentals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring editorial teams
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and CMS platforms
