Responsibility
- Oversee daily editorial operations and manage content calendars.
- Edit and proofread articles for accuracy, clarity, and style.
- Collaborate with writers and designers to produce high-quality content.
- Develop and implement editorial guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate SEO strategies.
- Manage freelance contributors and assign stories.
Qualification
- 5+ years of editorial experience in a media or publishing environment.
- Strong understanding of AP Style and SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Master's degree preferred.
