- Oversee end-to-end editorial process for 15+ publications annually, ensuring impeccable quality and brand consistency
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with market trends and audience engagement metrics
- Lead a team of 5+ editors through mentorship, performance management, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling promotional materials
- Conduct rigorous manuscript evaluations, providing constructive feedback to authors
- Stay abreast of industry innovations through continuous professional development
- Manage editorial budgets and negotiate contracts with freelancers and contributors
Qualification
- 7+ years of progressive editorial experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven portfolio of edited publications with measurable market impact
- Expert command of AP Style Guide and UK English editorial standards
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, CMS platforms, and SEO optimization
- Exceptional analytical skills for content performance evaluation
