Responsibility
- Deliver premium in-flight service with exceptional attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Execute rigorous safety protocols and emergency procedures with precision and calm professionalism
- Maintain cabin hygiene and ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with ground crew and flight deck for seamless boarding, deplaning, and in-flight operations
- Provide cultural sensitivity training and multilingual support for international passengers
- Assist in mentoring new flight attendants and conducting recurrent safety training sessions
- Manage premium cabin inventory and service equipment with meticulous inventory control
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of commercial flight attendant experience with international route exposure
- Valid FAA Flight Attendant Certificate and current CPR/First Aid certification
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese preferred)
- Ability to pass enhanced background check and maintain required medical clearance
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and crisis management capabilities
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules, extended hours, and international overnight assignments
- Associate degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Height between 5'2" and 6'0" with proportional weight to maintain aircraft safety equipment access
