Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define and implement innovative features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating in thorough code reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the entire stack.
- Contribute to our architectural decisions and technology roadmap.
- Ensure best practices in security, data protection, and accessibility (a11y).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Solid back-end experience with Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Deep understanding of database architecture (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
