Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and print platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling brand identities and campaign assets
- Create visually stunning graphics for websites, social media, and marketing collateral
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while ensuring design consistency
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with responsive web design and motion graphics a plus
- Ability to translate complex brand strategies into compelling visual narratives
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
