Responsibility
- Conceptualize and execute original graphic design solutions for digital and print media, including brand identities, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and web assets.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to drive innovative visual concepts that align with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing strategists to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Present design concepts and strategic rationale to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creative excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the studio's creative output.
- Ensure all deliverables are optimized for both web and print specifications, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or high-volume in-house studio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, or XD).
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects across brand, digital, and print.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a positive and collaborative attitude.
