We are seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to join the Lumina Creative Studio team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be the architect of our visual identity, translating complex brand concepts into stunning, cohesive, and memorable designs. You will work closely with our creative directors and marketing team to elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Responsibility
- Develop high-fidelity visual concepts, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Design compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs for web and mobile interfaces.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual style guide to ensure brand consistency.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Art Director (minimum 4-6 years).
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and typography.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team dynamic.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
