Responsibility
- Conduct precise topographic, cadastral, and construction surveys using robotic total stations, 3D laser scanners, and UAVs
- Process and analyze geospatial data using Trimble Business Center and Auto Civil 3D
- Prepare detailed survey plans, CAD drawings, and legal boundary documentation
- Lead site teams and coordinate with engineers, architects, and local authorities
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards and UK cadastral requirements
- Mentor junior surveyors and implement QA/QC protocols
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent certification)
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification land surveying experience
- Valid RTLS or RICS Land Surveyor accreditation
- Expert proficiency in Trimble, Leica, and Sokkia survey equipment
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS software (ArcGIS/QGIS)
- Proven project management experience with £1M+ value contracts
- Full UK driving license and CSCS certification
