Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects across multiple business units
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Manage P&L for digital initiatives, optimizing ROI and resource allocation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, automation)
- Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure success
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align digital strategy with business objectives
Qualification
- 10+ years in digital transformation or technology leadership roles
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ professionals
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery
- Strong background in SaaS platforms and enterprise systems
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into action
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Relevant certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience scaling digital operations in regulated industries
