Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to low and high-risk pregnancies
- Lead multidisciplinary care planning and emergency response protocols
- Deliver patient-centered education on breastfeeding, newborn care, and reproductive health
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and NMC compliance standards
- Mentor junior midwives and student placements
- Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care pathways
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service development
Qualification
- Registered Midwife with NMC pin (UK)
- BSc in Midwifery or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years clinical post-registration experience
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation certification
- Specialized training in breech birth or water birth delivery
- Proven experience leading complex care cases
- Exceptional communication skills in diverse cultural contexts
