Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network architectures including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless solutions
- Lead network migration projects and infrastructure upgrades while minimizing service disruption
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Develop and enforce network security policies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust implementations
- Document network configurations, topologies, and procedures using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid cloud solutions and optimize connectivity
- Provide tier-3 support for critical network incidents and coordinate disaster recovery scenarios
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CCNP or higher certification with 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network hardware and software platforms
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, automation tools (Ansible, Python), and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using packet analysis tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations
