Responsibility
- Design and implement complex network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions.
- Oversee network security, firewall management, and VPN configuration to ensure data integrity.
- Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate network automation using Python and Ansible.
- Conduct regular network audits and security assessments to comply with industry standards.
- Lead technical projects, including network upgrades and equipment migrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff.
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering within a corporate environment.
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and STP protocols.
- Experience with network security appliances (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for network automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
