Responsibility

Qualification
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in Illinois (IL license required)
- Minimum 3 years retail/hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of drug interactions and clinical guidelines
- Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
