Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately with comprehensive patient counseling
- Manage prescription workflows and inventory systems
- Conduct clinical reviews for drug interactions and efficacy

- Maintain compliance with FDA, DEA, and state pharmacy regulations
- Lead staff training and process improvement initiatives
- Oversee immunization services and health screenings
Qualification
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from accredited institution
- Active Illinois pharmacist license
- 3+ years of retail/hospital pharmacy experience
- Certification in immunization administration (e.g., APhA)
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
