Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications with 100% accuracy and efficiency
- Provide comprehensive medication therapy management and patient counseling
- Lead pharmacy operations staff and optimize workflow processes
- Manage inventory control and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care plans
- Implement and monitor pharmacy technology systems
- Participate in community health initiatives and vaccination programs
Qualification
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Illinois pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Experience with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
