Responsibility
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact photoshoots across commercial, editorial, and product photography domains
- Lead creative direction for client projects, ensuring alignment with brand narratives and technical specifications
- Mentor junior photographers and interns while maintaining portfolio quality standards
- Post-process images using Adobe Lightroom/Capture One with meticulous attention to color grading and retouching
- Manage studio equipment inventory, lighting setups, and location scouting logistics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visual campaigns for digital and print platforms
- Stay current with industry trends in photography techniques, equipment, and post-production workflows
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional photography experience with demonstrable portfolio of commercial/editorial work
- Expert proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless systems, strobe lighting, and location setups
- Advanced post-production skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Bridge)
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting theory, and color management principles
- Ability to direct talent and clients during photoshoots while maintaining creative vision
- Experience managing photography projects from concept to final delivery
- Valid US driver's license for location assignments
