Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care services to diverse patient populations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with evidence-based practices
- Lead multidisciplinary care teams and coordinate with specialists for complex cases

- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualification
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in hospital or outpatient setting
- Active medical license in Massachusetts
- DEA registration for controlled substance prescribing
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
