The Role:
We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute tasks but defines the vision. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable business value.
Responsibility
- Define Product Vision: Create and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to prioritize the roadmap and validate assumptions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and clients to ensure alignment.
- Agile Methodology: Champion Agile and Scrum practices to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics), and prototyping tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving projects to completion.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
