Responsibility
- Direct and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos.
- Track and report on project performance using KPIs and metrics, providing transparent updates to executive leadership.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management best practices, tools, and processes.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a software or technology environment.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
