Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital channels
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate complex B2B contracts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales pipeline reports
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities

Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
- Certifications in Sales Methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger) preferred
