As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the competitive B2B sector.
Responsibility
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify high-intent leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Client Acquisition: Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Presentation & Demo: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce/HubSpot, tracking pipeline progress and forecasting revenue.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualification
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in B2B sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and MS Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle rejection with resilience.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
