Responsibility
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to forecast revenue and optimize performance.
- Present product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches to C-level executives.
Qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and possess a 'hunter' mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
