Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities within target market segments.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing contracts and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Provide regular feedback to product and engineering teams based on market trends.
Qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
