Responsibility
- Identify and qualify high-intent leads through market research, networking, and outbound campaigns.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients, showcasing our value proposition.
- Navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation to closing high-value deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and pipeline activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine our sales strategy and go-to-market approach.
- Develop a deep understanding of our industry landscape and competitive positioning.
Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques with a results-oriented mindset.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
