Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software architectures and system landscapes.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct architecture reviews to ensure code quality and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Drive the migration to cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure) and optimize infrastructure for performance and cost.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all production environments.
Qualification
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficient in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or C#).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data modeling, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and caching strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
