Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern development practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
- Debug and resolve complex production issues while maintaining system reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Optimize application performance and drive innovation through new technologies
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Proficiency in version control with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments
