Responsibility
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and on-premise infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and lead root cause analysis
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and directory services (Active Directory/LDAP)
- Document system configurations and create operational runbooks
- Evaluate new technologies and propose infrastructure improvements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (7+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- AWS/Azure certification (e.g., Solutions Architect) or equivalent cloud expertise
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
