Responsibility
- Design and implement robust Windows/Linux server infrastructure using AWS and Azure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies for 500+ users
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and Nagios
- Ensure 99.99% uptime through proactive system hardening and patch management
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and create technical training materials
Qualification
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, VPC, Azure AD)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- ITIL certification or equivalent IT service management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
