Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level Linux/Windows server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration platforms
- Lead security hardening, patch management, and compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Automate workflows using Ansible, Terraform, and Python scripting
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Document IT processes and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or CompTIA Server+
- Proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in agile teams
